Philip manages firm-wide client relations, marketing and business development. As a partner of Hollow Brook, he also sits on the investment committee. Philip is involved with asset allocation, manager selection, and equity research. Prior to Hollow Brook, Philip was an equity research analyst at Ingalls & Snyder, LLC. He served as a managing director Knickerbocker, LLC, a private family office, where he advised an alternative investment portfolio in private equity, venture capital and alternative investments. Earlier he was director of strategic planning for Beneficial Technology Corporation and a branch manager of consumer finance for Beneficial Management Corporation. Philip previously served on the board of directors of WidePoint Corporation (WYY). Currently, Philip sits on the board of the United States Equestrian Team Foundation, the United States Equestrian Federation, and the Pray Family Foundation. Philip received a BA from Boston College and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Philip is a vintage car enthusiast who maintains a collection of modern classics and pre-war motorcycles. He participates in international car shows and is the author of a widely read weekly journal called Turtle Garage. Philip also competes in equestrian show jumping in the high amateur-owner division.
